John Honovich has over 20 years of experience in the field of investment banking. Mr. Honovich specializes in investment banking for middle market, mid-cap, and emerging growth companies with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, private financings, and public offerings. Mr. Honovich has a breadth of transactional experience in a variety of industries, including industrial and distribution, consumer and retail, financial institutions, food and beverage, healthcare, real estate, services, technology, and transportation.
Mr. Honovich began his investment banking career in New York with Salomon Brothers and subsequently with Merrill Lynch Capital Markets. Mr. Honovich frequently lectures on investment banking and middle market companies and is a member of the Harvard Schools Committee.
Mr. Honovich graduated magna cum laude from Harvard University, where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and History, and earned an MBA from the University of Chicago.
